Terms and Conditions

Payment must be made in full on the day of the booking to attend the clinic /trip / excursion. If you have paid the deposit payment can be collected by the team member via credit / debit card on the day.

Cancellation Policy: The refund policy is aligned with both Consumer Affairs and the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission: We don’t give refunds on change of mind or a wrong decisions. If for some reason you are unable to make the booking date due to illness etc, you will be able to change your booking dates, however this will subjected to a transfer fee of 20%.

NO refund is given if cancelled less than 14 days before, especially during a holiday period or public holiday weekend. Refunds prior to the 14 days will incur a 5% service fee if requested by the participant(s) and/or booking person(s).

In the event of poor weather and or sea state that forces Skills2fish to cancel a booking, a reschedule or refund will be offered .

For Kids Parties and Kids Fishing Clinics parent (s) or guardian must be present to attend to your child’s need.

We require a Fishing Waiver , Medical Consent form to be completed on each event.

If you do not want your child or yourself to be in any media publications by Skills2Fish please state this on the Media Release Form
